Biography

Jill Eysol was appointed the Assistant Vice President in July 2022. Prior to the AVP role, Jill served as UEE's Director of Finance, beginning in April 2020. Jill has a broad and deep experience in the hospitality industry. Her first job was as a hotel housekeeper at age 15. While earning her B.S. in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional and Tourism Management from Purdue University, Jill interned for Marriott Corporation and Disney. 

Before coming to Notre Dame, Jill spent 20 years with White Lodging, a hotel management company representing Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Hyatt properties. She served in a variety of roles, including Sr. Sales Manager, Corporate Director of Sports Market Sales, Regional Director of Training and Recruiting, Hotel Opening Task Force Manager, Hotel General Manager, Revenue Manager, and Director of Market Strategy. During her 20 years with White Lodging, Jill worked with over thiry-five hotels in eight states.

Jill joined Notre Dame in 2017 as the Director of Finance and Administration for the VenueND team. In her role as Assistant Vice President for Organizational Effectiveness, Jill leads the UEE finance team, employee engagement team, information technology team, and UEE enterprises and operations team. She serves as a key leader for the division and University, interfacing with colleagues from across the institution on matters of innovation, finance, risk, policy improvements, compliance, talent management, culture, continuous improvement, and project management.
