Vice President of University Enterprises and Events
Micki Kidder became the vice president for University Enterprises and Events March 1, 2019. In her role, she oversees campus dining and catering operations; leads the planning and execution of a wide range of University events from commencement to concerts, including events around football games on and off campus; and leads university enterprises such as the Morris Inn, McKenna Hall, the Hammes Notre Dame bookstore, St. Michael’s Laundry and licensing.
Kidder most recently served as Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Development, where she oversaw individual leadership fundraising for the University, including regional fundraising and athletics advancement. Moreover, she led the operating and administrative functions of the University Relations division, including Special Events, Development Information Services, Donor Services, Finance, Human Resources, Stewardship, Prospect Management, and Development Research.
Kidder graduated from Indiana University in 2000 with degrees in accounting and finance. She holds a certificate of education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in May 2019.
Kidder is a Certified Public Accountant, and prior to joining the University, she led cross-functional teams in Assurance & Business Advisory Services for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Micki is active in St. Joseph Parish-South Bend, Stanley Clark School, the Junior League of South Bend, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County. She and her husband, Scott, are the proud parents of 3 children.
